Conditions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings assigned to them below unless the context expressly requires otherwise:

• "Platform" means the allpkr website accessible at allpkr.app and any associated mobile applications or services operated by allpkr.
• "allpkr", "we", "us", or "our" refers to the company operating the allpkr Platform under its international gaming license.
• "Player", "you", or "your" means any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the allpkr Platform in any capacity.
• "Account" means the registered player account created upon successful completion of the allpkr registration process.
• "Balance" means the total of real-money funds and any eligible bonus funds held in your allpkr Account at any given time.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a bonus amount must be staked before it becomes eligible for withdrawal, as specified on each applicable promotion page.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" means any territory where accessing or using online gambling services is unlawful under applicable local law.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity verification process required under our anti-money laundering and player protection obligations.
• "Force Majeure" means any event beyond allpkr's reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, government actions, cyberattacks, or telecommunications failure.

To register and maintain an Account on allpkr, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the Platform:

• You are at least 21 years of age;
• You are a natural person and not a corporation, partnership, or other legal entity;
• You are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is not expressly prohibited by applicable local law;
• You are not a current employee, director, officer, or agent of allpkr or any of its affiliated companies, nor an immediate family member of any such person;
• You have not previously had an Account suspended, closed, or terminated by allpkr for cause;
• You are not acting on behalf of any third party in using the Platform or placing wagers;
• You have full legal capacity under the laws applicable to you to enter into a binding agreement.

allpkr reserves the right to verify eligibility at any stage and to suspend or close any Account where eligibility cannot be confirmed. Pakistani players are responsible for verifying their own eligibility under applicable local regulations prior to registration.

Each player may hold only one (1) registered Account on allpkr. The creation of multiple Accounts by the same individual — whether under the same identity or different identities — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate suspension of all associated Accounts and forfeiture of all balances therein.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information. You agree to notify allpkr promptly of any change to the information provided at registration by updating your Account profile or contacting our support team.

allpkr reserves the right to refuse registration or to close an Account at any time and without prior notice, particularly where it has reason to believe that any of the eligibility requirements set out in Section 2 are not or are no longer satisfied, or where required to do so by applicable law or regulatory obligation.

For KYC purposes, allpkr may require you to submit one or more of the following documents: a valid government-issued photo identification (such as a Pakistani CNIC or passport), proof of address, and proof of the payment method used. Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within a reasonable period may result in account restriction or closure.

allpkr accepts deposits via the following payment methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, Meezan Bank transfer, USDT (TRC-20), Bitcoin (BTC), and Ethereum (ETH). Additional payment methods may be added or removed from time to time at allpkr's sole discretion.

• All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
• Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed on the Deposit page within your Account.
• allpkr does not charge fees on standard deposits; however, your payment provider or blockchain network may apply transaction charges for which allpkr bears no responsibility.
• Deposits are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) for local payment methods. Cryptocurrency deposits are converted to the account currency at the exchange rate prevailing at the time of confirmed receipt.
• allpkr reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on large deposits and to request source-of-funds documentation where required by our anti-money laundering obligations.
• Any funds deposited that are found to be proceeds of fraud, money laundering, or other criminal activity will be frozen, reported to relevant authorities, and forfeited.

By making a deposit you confirm that the funds you are depositing are your own legally obtained funds and that you are not using the Platform for any money laundering or financial crime purpose.

Withdrawal requests on allpkr are processed to the same payment method used for the player's most recent deposit, subject to the method's availability for withdrawals. allpkr reserves the right to process withdrawals via an alternative method of equivalent security where the original method is unavailable.

• A minimum real-money deposit must have been made before any withdrawal can be processed.
• Standard withdrawals to JazzCash and EasyPaisa wallets are processed within the same business day for verified accounts. Bank transfer withdrawals are processed within one to three business days. Cryptocurrency withdrawals are processed within four hours of approval subject to network conditions.
• Withdrawals from bonus-funded balances are subject to the applicable wagering requirements having been met in full before any withdrawal can be initiated.
• allpkr requires KYC verification to be complete before processing any withdrawal request exceeding PKR 10,000 or its cryptocurrency equivalent.
• allpkr does not charge withdrawal fees on standard methods. Blockchain network fees for cryptocurrency withdrawals are deducted from the withdrawal amount at prevailing network rates.
• allpkr reserves the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal where it has reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, bonus abuse, or a breach of these Terms & Conditions.

allpkr offers various bonuses and promotional offers to new and existing players from time to time. The specific terms of each offer — including eligible games, minimum deposit, wagering requirements, maximum bet while wagering, validity period, and any game contribution weightings — are set out on the applicable promotion page and form part of these Terms & Conditions.

• Bonuses are available only to eligible players who have completed registration and, where applicable, KYC verification.
• Each promotion is limited to one redemption per player, per household, per IP address, and per device unless the promotion page expressly states otherwise.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the validity period stated on the promotion. Bonus funds and associated winnings that have not been wagered within the validity period will be removed from the Account automatically upon expiry.
• Maximum bet limits while wagering a bonus apply across all game types. Any bets placed in excess of the stated maximum single-bet limit while a bonus is active may result in the forfeiture of the bonus and all associated winnings.
• allpkr reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Changes will not affect bonus funds already in play within a current validity period.
• Any attempt to abuse bonuses — including but not limited to the use of multiple accounts, coordinated staking patterns, or exploitation of game mechanics to meet wagering requirements at reduced variance — will result in the forfeiture of all bonus funds, associated winnings, and may result in permanent account closure.

Bonuses have no cash value and cannot be transferred between accounts. allpkr's determination of whether bonus terms have been met is final and binding.

All games on the allpkr Platform are governed by the individual game rules published within each game interface. These game-specific rules are incorporated by reference into these Terms & Conditions. In the event of any conflict between game-specific rules and these Terms, these Terms shall prevail.

Sports betting on allpkr, including PSL cricket markets and all international cricket fixtures, is subject to the following general betting rules:

• All bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of bet placement. allpkr reserves the right to correct manifest pricing errors, and bets placed at manifestly incorrect odds may be voided at allpkr's discretion.
• In-play bets are accepted subject to available market liquidity. allpkr may suspend markets at any time during an event.
• Where an event is abandoned, postponed, or cancelled, bets will be settled in accordance with allpkr's event-specific settlement rules published on the Platform.
• allpkr uses certified Random Number Generators (RNGs) for all casino game outcomes. Crash Goal and King of Fishing use provably fair algorithms. allpkr's determination of all game results is final.
• In the event of a technical failure during a game round, all affected rounds will be settled in accordance with allpkr's technical fault policy. allpkr is not liable for losses resulting from Force Majeure events.

• Creating more than one Account, whether under the same or different personal details;
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information at registration or during KYC;
• Using the Platform for any money laundering, fraud, or financial crime purpose;
• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with the Platform without prior written authorisation from allpkr;
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market;
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or vulnerabilities in any game or Platform feature. Any winnings derived from a known or suspected bug must be reported to support and will be voided pending investigation;
• Engaging in any form of match-fixing, spot-fixing, or insider betting in sports markets, including PSL cricket markets;
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise access the underlying code of the allpkr Platform;
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing allpkr staff or other players through any communication channel;
• Using a VPN, proxy, or other IP-masking technology to circumvent geographic restrictions or account controls.

allpkr cooperates fully with law enforcement and regulatory authorities and will disclose player information where required by applicable law or court order.

All content on the allpkr Platform — including but not limited to software, source code, design, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, data compilations, game interfaces, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of allpkr or its licensors and is protected by applicable international intellectual property law.

allpkr grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms & Conditions.

You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, publicly display, sell, license, or create derivative works from any allpkr content without the prior written consent of allpkr. The allpkr name, logo, and all associated brand marks are registered trademarks. Unauthorised use of any allpkr trademark is strictly prohibited.

If you believe that any content on the allpkr Platform infringes your intellectual property rights, please contact our support team with full details of the alleged infringement.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, allpkr's total aggregate liability to any player arising out of or in connection with their use of the Platform — whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that player in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

allpkr shall not be liable for any of the following, whether direct or indirect:

• Loss of profits, revenue, or anticipated savings;
• Loss of business or contracts;
• Loss of data or goodwill;
• Any indirect, special, incidental, or consequential loss;
• Any loss arising from a Force Majeure event including but not limited to server downtime, cyberattack, regulatory action, or telecommunications failure.

The allpkr Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. allpkr makes no warranty, express or implied, as to the uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Platform. allpkr shall not be liable for any loss resulting from a player's reliance on incomplete or inaccurate information displayed on the Platform due to a technical error.

allpkr collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms & Conditions by reference. By registering on allpkr you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

allpkr will use your personal data for the purposes of account management, KYC verification, fraud prevention, anti-money laundering compliance, customer support, and where you have provided consent, marketing communications. allpkr does not sell player data to third parties for commercial marketing purposes.

For players who prefer enhanced financial privacy, allpkr supports USDT, BTC, and ETH deposits and withdrawals. Cryptocurrency transactions do not involve disclosure of banking details to allpkr, though standard KYC obligations still apply in accordance with allpkr's anti-money laundering policy.

allpkr uses industry-standard 256-bit SSL encryption to protect all data transmitted between your device and the allpkr Platform. Player account data is stored on secure, access-controlled servers and is subject to regular third-party security audits.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction under which allpkr's international gaming license is issued. To the extent that any Pakistani consumer protection law provides mandatory rights to Pakistani players that cannot be excluded by contract, those rights are not affected by these Terms.

In the event of a dispute arising out of or in connection with your use of the allpkr Platform, we encourage you to contact our support team in the first instance. allpkr is committed to resolving player disputes fairly, transparently, and promptly.

allpkr reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via the email address associated with their Account at least 7 days prior to the change taking effect. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be severed from the remainder of the Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect. The failure of allpkr to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.
