allpkr ("we", "us", "our") is committed to protecting the privacy and personal data of every player who uses the allpkr platform at allpkr.app. This Privacy Policy sets out in clear, plain English how we collect, use, store, share, and protect your personal data in connection with your use of the allpkr website, mobile applications, and all associated services.

• Marketing communications: sending you promotional offers, bonus notifications, and allpkr news — but only where you have opted in and only via your preferred channel. You may opt out at any time.

allpkr processes your personal data only where we have a valid legal basis for doing so. The legal bases we rely on are as follows:

• Performance of a contract: Processing necessary to provide the allpkr service to you — including account creation, payment processing, game access, and support — is carried out on this basis. Without this processing, we cannot provide the service.
• Legal obligation: Certain processing activities are mandatory under our gaming license conditions, including KYC verification, AML transaction monitoring, and the retention of financial records for a minimum of seven years. This processing cannot be opted out of.

• Payment processors: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, and cryptocurrency network infrastructure providers receive only the payment data required to execute your specific transaction.
• Fraud and AML screening services: Industry-standard risk management and anti-money laundering screening tools may receive anonymised or pseudonymised transaction signals to assess fraud risk. No unnecessary personal identifiers are shared.
• Game software providers: Third-party game studios whose titles are hosted on the allpkr platform may receive a pseudonymised player identifier and session token for game-state management purposes only. They do not receive your name, contact details, or financial information.
• Regulatory authorities and law enforcement: allpkr will disclose personal data to competent authorities where required by law, court order, or regulatory direction. We will notify you of such disclosure where legally permitted to do so.
• Cloud infrastructure and IT service providers: allpkr's technical infrastructure partners operate the servers and systems on which the platform runs. These providers process data strictly on allpkr's instructions under binding data processing agreements.

In the event of a data security incident that is likely to result in a high risk to your rights and freedoms, allpkr will notify affected players without undue delay and will take all technically feasible steps to contain and remediate the breach.

allpkr retains personal data only for as long as is necessary for the purpose for which it was collected, or as required by applicable legal or regulatory obligation. The primary retention periods applicable to allpkr player data are as follows:

• Account and identity data: retained for the duration of your active account plus seven (7) years following account closure, as required by our gaming license and AML obligations;
• Financial transaction records: retained for seven (7) years from the date of each transaction in accordance with financial record-keeping requirements;
• KYC documentation: retained for seven (7) years post-account closure alongside the associated identity verification records;
• Technical and session data: retained for thirteen (13) months from collection for security and analytics purposes, then deleted or anonymised;
• Support communications: retained for three (3) years from your last interaction with our support team;
• Marketing preference records: retained until you withdraw consent, plus ninety (90) days to process the opt-out across all communication systems.

Upon expiry of the applicable retention period, allpkr will securely delete or irreversibly anonymise the relevant personal data so that it can no longer be associated with any individual player.

allpkr respects your rights in relation to your personal data . Depending on your jurisdiction and the legal basis for processing, you may have some or all of the following rights:

• Right of access: You have the right to request a copy of all personal data allpkr holds about you, along with information about how it is being used. We will respond to verified access requests within 30 days.
• Right to rectification: If any personal data allpkr holds about you is inaccurate or incomplete, you have the right to request that it be corrected. You can update most basic account information directly through your allpkr account settings.
• Right to erasure: In certain circumstances, you have the right to request that allpkr delete your personal data. Note that this right is subject to our legal retention obligations — where we are required by law to retain data, we cannot delete it solely on the basis of an erasure request.
• Right to restrict processing: You may request that allpkr pause or restrict the processing of your personal data in certain circumstances, for example while a dispute about its accuracy is being resolved.
• Right to data portability: Where processing is carried out by automated means on the basis of your consent or a contract, you have the right to receive your personal data in a structured, commonly used, machine-readable format.
• Right to object: You have the right to object at any time to the processing of your personal data where that processing is based on allpkr's legitimate interests. You also have an unconditional right to object to processing for direct marketing purposes.
• Right to withdraw consent: Where allpkr processes your data on the basis of consent, you may withdraw that consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out prior to withdrawal.

allpkr implements multi-layered age verification controls, including mandatory CNIC or passport verification during the KYC process, to prevent minors from accessing the platform. If allpkr discovers or has reason to believe that a registered player is under the age of 21, the account will be immediately suspended, all funds will be frozen pending investigation, and the matter will be referred to our compliance team.

Any personal data inadvertently collected from a player who is subsequently identified as being under 21 will be permanently deleted from all allpkr systems upon identification, except where retention is required for legal or regulatory reasons related to the investigation of the minor's access.

If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child may have accessed or registered on the allpkr platform, please contact our support team immediately so we can take appropriate action.

allpkr supports cryptocurrency deposits and withdrawals including USDT (TRC-20), Bitcoin (BTC), and Ethereum (ETH). Many Pakistani players choose crypto for the additional layer of financial privacy it provides compared to traditional banking methods such as JazzCash, EasyPaisa, or bank transfer.

It is important to understand how privacy works in the context of crypto transactions on allpkr:

• Wallet addresses: When you provide a crypto wallet address for withdrawal, allpkr stores that address in association with your account for transaction processing purposes. Wallet addresses are treated as financial data under this Privacy Policy and are subject to the same protection and retention rules.
• On-chain transparency: Blockchain transactions are publicly visible on their respective networks. allpkr has no control over the public nature of the blockchain ledger. Players seeking on-chain privacy should consider using privacy-enhancing tools independently of the allpkr platform.
• KYC still applies: Depositing or withdrawing via cryptocurrency does not exempt you from allpkr's KYC and identity verification requirements. All allpkr players, regardless of payment method, must complete identity verification before withdrawals are processed. This is a non-negotiable condition of our gaming license.
• AML monitoring: Cryptocurrency transactions on the allpkr platform are subject to the same anti-money laundering screening as fiat transactions. Blockchain analytics tools may be used to assess the risk profile of incoming crypto transactions in accordance with our AML obligations.

allpkr reserves the right to update, revise, or replace this Privacy Policy at any time to reflect changes in applicable law, our operating practices, regulatory requirements, or the features and services available on the allpkr platform.

When we make material changes to this Privacy Policy, we will notify you through one or more of the following methods: a prominent notice on the allpkr website, an in-platform notification within your account dashboard, or an email to your registered address. The updated policy will state the new effective date at the top of the document.
